The AFTER LIFE AND VICE VERSA collection is a continuation of my master's thesis, in which I searched for the connections between sustainability, modernity and personal experiences of the Lithuanian myth “Eglė the Queen of Snakes”. At the beginning of this year, after losing my father and very soon, closing home at home with the rest of the world, I plunged into "extraterrestrial worries." The cornerstone of this collection was the thought of NASA's missile engineer Wernher von Braun: "Science tells us that nothing in nature, even the smallest particle, can disappear without a trace." , to “reincarnate” them in new forms. Since I work a lot with tulle myself, a large amount of scraps remains by itself, so one of my main tasks was to use them. In addition, tulle has many great features that allow you to create a light, translucent "ghostly" image, layered to play with colors. The main idea of ​​this collection is that death is not the end but the beginning of a new cycle!
